How to Get to Vancouver FIFA Fan Festival: Express Bus, Parking, Taxi and Bike Valet
The Vancouver FIFA Fan Festival is at Hastings Park on the PNE grounds. It is not beside BC Place, and there is no "Hastings Park SkyTrain Station" to ride to. The easiest plan is transit to a connecting station, then the dedicated Fan Festival Express bus.
Use this as the practical transportation guide before you head to the PNE.
Best transit route to FIFA Fan Festival
The official Fan Festival transportation page says the 11 Fan Festival Express bus will run from:
| SkyTrain line | Station | Connection |
|---|---|---|
| Expo Line | 29th Avenue Station | 11 Fan Festival Express bus to the PNE / Hastings Park |
| Millennium Line | Renfrew Station | 11 Fan Festival Express bus to the PNE / Hastings Park |
The official page says the express bus will run every five minutes during peak hours.

Do not search for Hastings Park Station
There is no normal SkyTrain station called Hastings Park Station. If your map app suggests a confusing route, set your destination as PNE or use TransLink trip planning.
Good starting assumptions:
- From downtown Vancouver: SkyTrain to 29th Avenue or Renfrew, then Fan Festival Express bus.
- From Burnaby, New Westminster, Surrey: Expo Line to 29th Avenue, then express bus.
- From Commercial Drive / East Van: bus, bike, or Millennium Line to Renfrew, then express bus.
- From YVR or Richmond: Canada Line to downtown, transfer to Expo Line, then continue to 29th Avenue.
Taxi, Uber and Lyft drop-off
The designated taxi and ride-hailing pickup/drop-off lot for the Fan Festival is PNE Parking Lot 7, with entrance from North Renfrew Street at Eton Street, north of the Pacific Coliseum.
If friends or family are dropping you off, the official page lists passenger zones at:
- 400 Lillooet St and 400 Windermere St between Hastings St and Pender St for Gate 14,
- 200 N Renfrew St between Eton St and Cambridge St for Gate 10,
- 00 N Renfrew St between Oxford St and Dundas St for Gate 4.
Use posted signs and app instructions on the day. Do not ask a driver to stop on Hastings Street if traffic is heavy.
Parking at the Fan Festival
General paid parking is very limited. The official page lists first-come, first-served parking at:
- PNE Lot 8 via McGill Street,
- Hastings Racecourse via Miller Drive.
If you can avoid driving, avoid it. Parking that looks close can still be slow because crowds, buses, taxis, pedestrians, and temporary controls will all be operating around the PNE.
Bike, scooter and Mobi options
The Fan Festival page says there will be additional Mobi and Lime stations, plus full-service bike valets at:
- Callister Park off Renfrew near Gate 4,
- Lillooet Street and Pender Street near Gate 14.
These valet locations are useful if you are coming from East Vancouver, Commercial Drive, Downtown Eastside-adjacent bike routes, or the central city bike network.
Accessible drop-off and parking
The official page lists HandyDART drop-off points at:
- Gate 2 / Lot 1 off Renfrew,
- Gate 10 / Lot 9 off Miller Drive near the Amphitheatre.
Visitors with a SPARC BC Parking permit may have limited paid parking access in Lot 1 or Lot 9, first come, first served. Recheck the official page before travelling because accessible capacity is limited.
Fan Festival vs BC Place on the same day
BC Place and the Fan Festival are separate destinations. If you have a stadium ticket, prioritize BC Place timing first and use the best SkyTrain station guide. If you are going only to the Fan Festival, plan around the PNE and the Fan Festival Express bus instead.
On a stadium match day, expect transit and ride-hailing pressure across the whole city. Add extra time.
